Julian is honoured to join the Hallé Orchestra and Sir Mark Elder for three performances of Weber's second concerto at The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester in April 2017. Richard Fairman of the Financial Times has awarded Julian and the Carducci Quartet's recording of Brahms' Clarinet Concerto and Bruce's Gumboots a four star review. Safely in the month of May, we enter the season of Summer Festivals . Julian and his jazz Septet will be playing Mayfield Festival this coming Saturday with a programme of Benny Goodman numbers.
