Voting for Classic FM’s annual Hall on Fame closes on 28th February; this is your last chance to vote for your favourite pieces of classical music. Here are some stats about choral music in the Hall of Fame 2014.
- Only 8 a cappella pieces in the top 100
- Only just over 10% of the top 300 was choral
- The highest choral work by Bach was at 109
- Allegri’s Miserere was the only wholly choral piece in the top ten
