The King's Singers are delighted to welcome the latest singer to their Summer School from Malta. This brings the total number of countries represented to twenty. Singers from all of the world will benefit from an intensive (but fun!) week working with The King's Singers individually and in workshops.
This week sees Carl Nielsen's 150th Anniversary! Born to a poor family in Denmark on 9th June 1865, he went on to become one of the world's greatest composers and one of the world's the most famous Danish composers. Julian's recent album, Mozart and Nielsen's Clarinet Concerto, celebrates one of the many great works by this composer. Julian joins with the Royal Northern Sinfonia to perform
Join The King's Singers, Apollo 5 and ensembles of the Summer School for the Summer School Gala Concert on 10 July 2015 in the Windsor Auditorium in the stunning grounds of Royal Holloway.
